The Association organizes various weekly meditation practices:

  • Tuesday / 09.15 to 10.15 h. Samatha Meditation / Shine, aimed at developing mental calmness through basic techniques of meditation. Through the correct physical posture and mental concentration on various objects, we manage to pacify the thoughts and emotions. Group practice helps and enriches the daily personal practice.
  • Wednesday / 20.00 h. till 21.00 h.Chenresi Puja. Developing compasion through mantrayana practice
  • Saturday / 9.00 to 10.15 h. Tara Puja, feminine aspect, practiced primarily to dispel the obstacles of both self and other beings. This practice is also included within the Vajrayana.
